CANCELLATION POLICY
At Soleil Hydration & Spa, our patients are the heart of our practice, and this cancellation policy is designed with you in mind. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and when it’s not used, it becomes an opportunity for someone else who may need that time. As a courtesy to our provider and to other clients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, or a no-show, you will forfeit the deposit fee for your appointment.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not provided for services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. Aesthetic results can vary between individuals, and while we strive to achieve the desired outcome, we cannot guarantee it. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to reach their goals.
